I normally hate going to the dentist. I feel like I get lectured about my teeth and gum health. This has never motivated me to want to take care of my teeth. Orchard Meadows approach of educating (instead of lecturing) made me feel comfortable and I feel like I have the knowledge to move forward with the oral cares that I need to be doing. Everyone was very friendly and took the time to make me feel like I was important. They seemed to appreciate me being there to take the proper steps in the care I need.
I had postponed dental visits for several years and was nervous about finally making an appointment. From the moment I walked through the front door I was treated with kindness. The staff listened attentively and explained everything clearly. I am so glad I called them!
