From the time I walked in the door, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The hygienist and dentist were so gentle. They both put me at ease, and they explained everything that was going on, why certain things needed to be done, and they really listened to my concerns and did their best to make me comfortable and calm. They went above and beyond, even giving me a gift basket with a personalized cup and a folder with my name on it. The attention to detail and warm welcome made it clear that this is a unique and exceptional facility. I am one that is deathly afraid of the dentist because of Aspen dental clinic that had put me down because of my teeth and didn’t give me a chance never looked at my chart just assumed. Dr. Mark Is literally hands-down the best dentist in Rapid City he’s compassionate he goes above and beyond he’s laid-back genuine and never pushes me to do anything that I can’t handle with a dental. He works at my pace. He knows how scared I am of the dentist but because of him, I am no longer scared of the dentist so thank you Dr. Mark.
